I had a lovely stay here, especially enjoying the spacious rooms with a huge bathtub and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was perfect for lounging, and we loved the fitness center for keeping active. One minor hiccup was the occasional slow service at the restaurant, but it didn’t take away from our great time! 😊

we had an amazin stay with lovely staff who were super helpful and the pools were fab! the kids club was cool too, though just for a few hours a day. also, the room was huge and had a nice kitchenette that came in handy for us. breakfast was good with a lot of choices, but could use a lil more variety for vegetarians.

the beach water wasn't really inviting and felt a bit murky. also, the restaurant prices were way too high.

During our stay, we faced multiple technical issues with our room. The air conditioning struggled to cool effectively and we even had a day without hot water, which was quite frustrating. the door lock malfunctioned, leaving us locked out until it was repaired, causing significant inconvenience.

our stay at sofitel was super amazin! the family two bedroom residence was huge and comfy. We really loved the kids club where our kids had a blast. the pool area was so nice, and the staff was really friendly and helpful, especially the front desk guy who made check-in a breeze. the breakfast buffet was delicious with tons of choices to pick from. overall, felt pampered and relaxed, definitely wanna return!

A Very Tired Resort Experience

The spacious apartment featured a huge bathtub and great beach access. Our kids had a blast at the kids club, and the diverse breakfast selections were enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the resort feels quite worn out. The furniture looked cheap and dated, while the pool areas could use some maintenance. Staff friendliness could improve as well.

This stay was just a smart choice for a weekend respite in Dubai with best value. The food and cocktails at the restaurant were really delightful and made for a memorable dining experience. For a great view, try to grab a seat overlooking the palm trees.

The kids loved the dedicated children's club, even if the three-hour limit per day felt a tad restrictive. Dining at the hotel varied greatly. breakfast buffets had impressive selections, but prices felt high for other meals. On the downside, we faced a series of technical issues that marred our comfort. The air conditioning in our room struggled throughout our stay. One evening, we had an unexpected cold shower due to a hot water failure, and the oven in our kitchen left us guessing whether it was working properly. Additional challenges arose with multiple power points not functioning, causing some hassles during our stay. the attentive staff—especially during our check-in and check-out—made an effort to remedy issues as they arose, which we appreciated. Firm beds and the poolside service we experienced did add to our comfort, but at times, the noise from families made it a bit less serene than we had hoped.
